The jewelry was a quality brand but, unfortunately had a defective clasp. Rick stood by his full guarantee and, without any hassle, he made the deal right and to my satisfaction. Jewelry is an expensive purchase and most folks, like me, have to trust the jeweler and you can do so with Rick Stohr.
